Product Overview

Industrial chimneys (steel stacks) are cylindrical or conical structures for discharging combustion flue gases at a safe height. Texin Steel fabricates custom chimneys for power plants, biomass boilers, incinerators, petrochemical plants, and industrial heating systems. We provide full design, fabrication, and export โ€” including ASME STS-1, Eurocode, and SNiP compliant solutions.

Key Advantages

  • Wide Range: Self-supporting or guyed, 0.5-8m diameter, height up to 150m.
  • Corrosion Protection: Carbon steel, Corten, stainless steel 304/316, or FRP/borosilicate block lining.
  • Flue Gas Handling: Custom inlets, breeching connections, access platforms, and lightning protection.
  • Full FEM Analysis: Wind vortex shedding, seismic loads, and thermal expansion calculations included.
  • EAC Certification: Full compliance documentation for CIS markets.

Texin's industrial chimneys are in service across CIS power plants, Middle Eastern petrochemical facilities, and Southeast Asian biomass plants. Our 60m self-supported stack for a Russian regional heating plant was delivered and erected within 60 days.

FAQ

1. What's the difference between self-supported and guyed stacks?
Self-supported stacks are free-standing and require a larger base diameter/foundation. Guyed stacks use steel cables and are lighter, but need ground space for anchors.
2. How do you handle corrosive flue gases?
We recommend stainless steel (304/316) for mildly acidic gas, FRP lining for aggressive gas, or borosilicate block lining for high-temperature acid conditions.
3. Do you provide foundation design?
Yes. Anchor bolt plan, foundation loads, and a foundation design guide are included.
