From individual beams and columns for a single building to large batches of complex structural assemblies for major infrastructure projects, our 10,000 m² workshop delivers precision steelwork under strict quality control.

- CNC Cutting & Drilling: Plasma and flame cutting up to 80mm; multi-spindle drilling lines for gusset plates and end plates.
- Welding: SAW, MIG/MAG, TIG, and stick welding; all welders AWS D1.1 certified.
- Plate Rolling & Bending: Up to 80mm thickness, 3m width.
- Shot Blasting & Painting: Automated shot-blast to Sa 2.5; paint systems: zinc-rich + epoxy + polyurethane.
- NDT: 100% visual, UT on CJP welds, MT/PT on fillet welds, RT when specified.

Yes. Our detailing team can produce shop drawings in Tekla or AutoCAD from your design sketches or specifications.

Depends on complexity and quantity. Typical: 20-45 days for standard structural steel components.
